We do not currently provide refunds due to the type of services provided by A Better Run. Coaches provide their time and services on a regular and timely basis until plans are canceled.
Plans are billed on a monthly basis and can be canceled at any time.
If you are unhappy with the services if your coach, please contact us and we will gladly link you up with a coach you prefer.
