Come meet with me (coach Nicole) for a completely FREE training session. No gimmicks, no contracts. Get to know me and my coaching style and ask the training questions you've been dying to ask.

Continue Training
If you enjoy the first session, then you can sign up to continue training with me. This step is completely optional. If you do decide to sign up, you'll get weekly training sessions with me, as well as a calendar of workouts to do throughout the week.

Customized Training Plans
Should you choose to sign up you'll get an online profile with access to your training calendar, coach's information, plus extra goodies. Your training calendar gets updated at least every 2 weeks according to your progress.

No catch! I am offering these free 30 minute sessions to give people a chance to see what having a coach is all about. If you discover training is not for you, no sweat!
It is important to connect with your coach and ensure your personalities work well together. This free session allows you to come meet me and see if we work well together. If you enjoy your session and want to keep training, Fantastic!
